Footwear

• All of our footwear can be made with a diabetic specification of softy leather, rim toe puff & Superplush antibacterial lining.
• All our styles can be made of any of our 5 lasts. Your order will be made on the last pictured in the catalogue unless an alternative is specified.
• All footwear is supplied with 3 x 3mm inlays excluding; Lowline and Children’s which is supplied with 1 x 3mm inlay and Solace which is supplied with 2x3mm inlays. Inlays are removable to allow for fitting adjustment.
• EVA is used for standard sole & heels and through wedge soles and soles requiring raises, sockets etc.
• PU is used for standard sole & heels and Nova/Hidden depths styles.
• Sole used will be as catalogue image unless an alternative is specified.
• 1^st trial fitting is free of charge, subsequent fittings may be charged for. Accurate measurements are essential when placing your order as re-lasting the upper and new uppers etc following trial fitting will be charged for.
• Documentation relating to the confirmation of orders should be clearly marked ‘confirmation’ to avoid duplication. Duplicated orders through originators error will be chargeable.
• The company reserves the right to alter specification or withdraw styles without prior notice. Specification changes are only undertaken when product improvements are identified or a component material is no longer available.
• Colour reproduction – We make every effort to ensure the colour you see in our catalogue is accurate, however, colours can be different in photographs and shades can vary from over the life of our catalogue.

Readymade / stock items

• All our readymade footwear – Podartis, Podowell, and Lymph are returnable for a full refund, they must be unworn and in their original undamaged packaging.

Despatch

• UK despatch is next day service. Next day timed delivery is available but will incur extra cost
• An invoice will be raised for all orders not returned for completion within 90 days.
• All goods remain the property of Reed Medical Ltd until paid for in full.

Returns

• Only Callum, Keira or Therapy with alteration or adaptions, and made in Black on our Classic last are returnable. A restocking charge of 30% will be deducted from the refund.
• Returnable footwear must be in a resalable condition and received by us within 1 calendar month following despatch for a refund.
• Split sizes, split fittings, alterations to lasts and special orders will be charged in accordance with the current price list and are non-returnable.
