Q: How long will my order take to process?

A: Stock - 7 working days.   Stock with bespoke patterns - 10 working days.  Modular - 10 working days.  Modular with bespoke patterns - 15 working days. Bespoke to a fitting - 30 working days.  Bespoke to complete - plus 10 working days. 

The above timescales are a guideline only and not guaranteed.  If you require our fasttrack route please ring and speak to our sales staff.

Q: Can I order any style and colour of footwear I want?

A: We are happy to produce any style and colour of footwear for our customers, however some products may be non-returnable, so if in doubt contact us first.

Q: Can I order larger or smaller sizes than are shown on your products pages?

A: We will try wherever possible to manufacture different sizes, however some styles become impractical to manufacture in smaller sizes, and some styles become un-attractive in larger sizes. These specially made products are non-returnable so when in doubt contact us first.

Q: Where can I obtain your footwear?

A: If you know your size and fitting and you order from our stock range you may order from our website or ring us and speak to one of our Orthotists. However as we predominatley supply our footwear to most N.H.S. Trusts in the U.K. will be happy to inform you of your nearest clinic.

Q: Can I order split sizes and last shapes?

A: Yes, our speciality is in manufacturing just that type of footwear, ring us for a price quote.

Q: How long do Reeconomic shoes take?

A: Normal delivery time for Reeconomic footwear is 72 hours
